Do the products colors perfectly match the website images, or should I expect some natural variations due to the handcrafted nature?
Slight variations in pattern layering and color (due to device resolution and camera differences) might occur between our handcrafted products and website images. This adds a touch of individuality to each piece, making yours truly unique!
Do you restock out-of-stock products?

We focus on offering fresh designs in each batch, so we don't typically restock the same product once it's sold out.

However, we understand you might have fallen in love with a particular piece! If you're really interested in an out-of-stock item, feel free to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp. We'll do our best to see if we can restock it or offer a similar alternative. 

Do you offer cash on delivery?

We currently don't offer cash on delivery to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. Unfortunately, some orders placed with COD are returned due to change of mind, which can lead to double shipping costs. As a small business, this can impact us significantly. We offer a variety of secure online payment options for your convenience.

How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and whereabouts of your shipment in real-time.
What is the estimated delivery time for order?

Orders shipped within India generally arrive at their destination within 5-8 working days. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and courier service availability. 

Although we strive for timely delivery, approximately 10% of orders may experience delays due to unforeseen challenges. Factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues may occasionally impact delivery schedules. Your understanding in such situations is greatly appreciated. 

What happens if my order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe (over 15 business days) or appears to be lost in transit?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe (over 15 business days), or you believe it might be lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We'll promptly track your package with the courier and follow up to expedite delivery. 

In case the courier company confirms the package is misrouted or lost, we'll discuss replacement options with you to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. 

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

When can I cancel my order?

You can normally cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or up until the point it's shipped. You will find “Cancel Order” option my orders page. Once your order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. 

When will I get refund for my cancelled order?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. 

What should I do if I receive a damaged product or an incorrect item in my order?

Email us within 24 hours with your order number and a picture/video (Contact us at [Your Email Address]). We'll review and get back to you ASAP.  Upon approval, we'll arrange return & process refund/replacement. 

Do I need to return the product myself for a return?

In most cases, we'll arrange a return pick-up for you at no cost. For situations where a pick-up isn't available, we'll discuss return shipping options with you, including any associated costs.
