What can be returned?
We currently only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.
What can’t be returned?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items you simply changed your mind about or personal preference. We recommend carefully considering your purchase before placing your order.
How to initiate a return?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 24 hours of receiving your order:

We’ll review your request: Our team will review your email, assess the situation, and get back to you as early as possible.
Upon return approval, we will arrange the return shipment. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund/replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and it’s confirmed to be in its original condition after a thorough inspection by our team, we will initiate a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the items show signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
